Irina Starzhenetskaya. Secret Color

A vibrant portrait of Irina Starzhenetskaya, a Russian artist born in 1943, descendant of a dynasty of female artists whose mother was a set designer and whose grandmother was a ballerina at the Bolshoi Theater. A story that intertwines art, everyday life, and an extraordinary love story. Irina transcends the male-dominated world of the Academy and Soviet "Houses of Creativity," exploring the color hidden among the clods of earth in her garden, in the glances of her friends, and in the architecture of a flower.
